Tuckered Out

We returned home from our family trip a day early and exhausted. What a new world it is to travel with a newborn. We were not able to enjoy the beach as much as we thought, but it was nice to get away and have a change of scenery. Brayden did great, but was noticeably ready to come home to his normal environment by mid-week. Additionally, I somehow contracted bacterial pink eye and was "pretty in pink" with a swollen, red eye...nervous that Brayden would also get it. So we packed the car on Friday morning and headed back, making a stop at the CVS Minute Clinic before settling in for the night. It was so nice to be home. This was Brayden's first response to our homecoming.
